Everyone has strong views on Brexit, and even mentioning it is a way to lose friends.

But I thought it would be interesting to explore what the Golden Rules of Restructuring tell us. Because the similarities between Brexit and complex cross-border financial restructurings are extensive. And the rules are counter-intuitive vs usual business (or political) practice.
