Looking beyond mediocrity

I started RLT Advisory to forge a new path in corporate restructuring. One which sought to apply best practice far beyond financial restructuring and turn investment losses into investment gains.

So lets look at the excuses. Financial crisis, china competition, changing regulation, Brexit, no investment budget, ex-growth markets, online disruption, the weather, leaves on the line.

The list of excuses for mediocre performance is very long. But it all really comes down to one thing: in a world of diminishing Western growth and facing constant disruption, are you going to continue to make excuses? Or are you going to strive for innovation.

Remember: management is doing things right, leadership is doing the right things.
